2026 Conference Updates
Registration for conference and Stonewall now open
Registration for both our event and to reserve your room are now open! Early bird discounts on conference registration available until 1/31/26
Other registration options
Other than our full conference registration we have made some changes to our other offerings as well.
Tuesday Only – While we still have our in-person Tuesday Only option this year we are offering a virtual option for Tuesday that includes Herbicide for all states we are covering and ISA credits. These are both $50 and include attendance for Tuesday only.
Vendor registration options
We have taken your feedback into account and updated the vendor options to have a more inclusive package. There is an option for a single, double, or triple registration for vendors. This includes one, two or three registrations respectively, the table in the Vendor Room and two chairs to go with the table. These will need to be done separately from other regular full conference registrations due to how they had to be set up.
When signing up for the multi-registration options fully register your first attendee and then choose to add an attendee.
Location
We will still be at the Stonewall Resort and our room block will be open until early February 2025 with discounted room rates of $132/night not including taxes and fees. If you call to book your room instead of using the link below, please, make sure to reference our conference group code 836737 so you are added to the block.
Conference Notification
To be notified when registration opens signup for notification emails. You can unsubscribe at any time. There will be up to three emails sent out as a reminder, if you are just not planning to attend the current year, please, delete the emails and not unsubscribe.
